Kelli makes a good point about considering the need for a message to be sent to each SMS patron if your library treats SMS as an asynchronous communication., like email.
I've edited TCC's auto-responder so that each day is set to 24-24, which means the autoresponse that Kelli set

"We will respond to your message within 24 hrs during weekdays & by the next business day on weekends."

 is sent for each incoming message.
