   I apologize for the major inconvenience, but Wilderness Coast is unable to cover our shift today from 12-1 PM on the collaborative desk. The staff member who usually works the shift has had a sudden family emergency, and I am unavailable to cover for her because I am working on an urgent technical issue. Would it be possible for anyone to cover the shift for us? We would greatly appreciate it!
