I have saved these instructions for myself when pulling stats at the end of the month.  I look for the numbers of questions my staff has worked on.  You may want to find out how many questions come through your website, which would be something different than what I track.

Basically you'll have to look in two places to get the two kinds of stats for questions your staff has answered.  You'll find these places in the yellow bar up top- "Answers", and "LibChat".  Then follow the links as I've listed them.

AaL may have better instructions, but these work for me.
