Hi Kelli,
Great questions, and I'm copying the list in case anyone else is curious.

In the LibAnswers Dashboard, go to

Admin >Queues > select TCC

Select the Notifications Tab

Select Notification Number

According to Springshare,
"This setting applies to incoming SMS tickets only.
Incoming SMS tickets will trigger an SMS notification that will be sent to the number(s) below. (Note: these messages will count against your messaging allowance) You may include multiple numbers separated by a space."
