Same problem I had last night.
I was locked out of IE and Firefox, but not Chrome. However, Chrome would not load bc of the Java update.

Help.

I tried getting a new password in order to login to ALL through IE because
Google Chrome is no longer Java-friendly and won't install the updates...
and when I try to login it wont' take the new password!  help.
