Agreed. I was helping a patron today who would not tell me the name of their local library, and I could not tell where the patron was coming from so it made it impossible for me to see if their library had the book. There is also no way for a librarian to follow up if they don't leave an email address and so far I hardly ever see a patron who has left contact information. Requiring at least an email address would be great too!

Thanks!

Hello,
I was wondering if the new Springshare software would have the web address of where the client is coming from? I know this is one think in Oracle that we don't have and it is very helpful when I help our patrons when using LibraryH3lp software that has this link.

Thanks in advance for your help!
