I am having similar issues this morning. I can "login" (and have done so on IE, Mozilla and Chrome) but when I try to get to the Agent Console it would not let me through. I tried a few more times in Chrome, and when I got to the Java portion there were three prompts so I picked the one that said to ignore and "run" the application this time. It seemed to work for now.
Hopefully with the next upgrade there will be some improvements to these Java issues.
