I had the same problem. All of a sudden the console was empty and there were no agents. --SAA

Subject: [askref] problem with console

HI all,

I was helping a patron in the Ask A Librarian console when everything in the console vanished. Now, I can't open the console. I have submitted a ticket to the help desk, I just wanted to let everyone know we are having trouble here.

Thanks,

Paula McCahon
