Detailed Exemplary Reference Winner - Deirdre Tolia, Leon County Public Library
Being amazing at AaL is routine for Deirdre. She rocked this out in spite of the connection being lost, after a less than pleasant exchange with a previous patron, and while covering for another AaL staffer who went home sick.
Teaching Exemplary Reference Winner - Renee Patterson, Alachua County Public Library
