Hello,
I don’t have a password, or my password is not working, to access the policies and procedures, and it doesn’t look like there is any way to reset it.
Do I need to reset my password I use for AAL and use it there?
My question is—maybe someone on the list knows—I had a patron I helped on AAL now contact me directly via email for some research that I do not have time to do, and I wanted to see what the policy is. Should I refer him back to AAL?
