I’m in need of assistance. Back in August I was receiving email notifications in my Outlook box from Libanswers whenever we received an email or SMS message. This is around the time I became the site coordinator. I should have been logging into Libanswers daily to check the tickets but I thought the notifications would keep going directly to my email. A colleague today noticed we had several SMS questions in Sept. and Oct. but I never received email notifications for these. Either I stopped receiving them or they started going to my junk mail, etc.

 

Does anyone know how I can be sure that my account is still set up to receive email notifications? I now will be sure to log into Libanswers too, just to check. I feel really bad about this but still trying to get used to the new system.

 

I guess on the bright side it’s good to know our service is being used- though now I’m afraid some of these students will not use the service again because they did not receive a timely response. And I’ve been advertising it a lot in my Instruction sessions too.
