Last week I tried to pick up a question and the status said I was chatting with the patron but the chat box never popped up. I thought it might have been because the person came in on the collaborative desk and I may have unchecked the collaborative box and then checked it again before I picked up the question. I felt bad because the person probably waited for me for a while before eventually giving up- I tried to log off and log on again a couple times but it didn't work :( I believe it was a patron coming in through your library though, now that I think of it so not sure if it's something going on on your end? I placed a help ticket but have not heard anything yet.
