Yes in the LibChat operator console make sure you click the "computer screen image" to the right of the orange square with white letter A. This will turn on desk top notifications. Also make sure you click orange square/ white A to turn on "receive lib answers in chat" and last make sure you click the "audio" Icon to turn on the sound.
