Hi everyone – I was wondering if there is a way in SpringShare to get alerts when a new customer has entered the queue? We had this in Oracle and it was very helpful – I could have the chat window minimized and could work on other things while waiting for a patron. Today was my first shift with SpringShare and it doesn’t appear to post these little alerts when someone enters the chat queue. Is there a setting I can turn on? Thanks!
