Good Morning Everyone - we go live in 4 short days. We will be shutting down the Oracle platform at 8:00pm on Thursday evening. On Friday morning, when you login the Ask A Librarian Platform, you will log into Springshare.

Here are a few things to make sure you have complete before we go live. We have created short videos to accomplish the tasks on this list. They are all available here. http://info.askalibrarian.org/toolbox/training/ password protected (toolbox).


All AAL Users Checklist:
  1. Review searching the new knowledgebase
  2. Add personal canned messages
  3. Make sure you add your library name after your last name
  4. Review the new helpdesk 

Site Coordinators Checklist
  1. Review accounts in Springshare
  2. Add library specific canned messages
  3. Review the statistics video
  4. Check your email notifications
