I am unfortunately not having any luck logging into AAL Collab. this morning (11-12 session).   I have tried Firebox, Explorer, and Chrome.  I logged in using the Toolbox and the direct link and once I launch the Agent Console it always appears blank (See picture below).   I am going to keep trying to see if I can get it to work.
