We have had several libraries left alone on the statewide and academic desk without the other participating library logging on for a shift. We understand that schedules get crazy, but please remember your statewide colleagues need a heads up if you will not be covering your shift that day. 

If you can not make your shift, please send an email to askref@askref.simplelists.com to ask for help to cover or switch a shift.
