Oracle Live Help has recovered from the issue with the application that was affecting our ability to deliver our services to your agents. Please stagger your agents logging back in. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be created for this event and be sent to the administrators once those findings are available. It is estimated that this report will be delivered within the next 48 hours.
I had the same problem.
