Each month, the Ask a Librarian team picks an outstanding member that has shown exceptional participation in the program. August's AAL SuperStar recipient is Mallary Rawls, Florida State University Goldstein Library.

Mallary is a graduate assistant at the Harold Goldstein Library on FSU Campus. In addition to assisting Harold Goldstein with coverage of their local desk and statewide shifts, Mallary volunteers to cover shifts needing last-minute help on both the Academic Desk and the Collaborative Desk in Ask a Librarian. Staff across Florida benefit from her willingness to help, and Mallary's patrons benefit from her patient and guiding customer service.
