It looks like Springshare might be having some trouble today with spotty server connection. I've sent in a help ticket to their support and will update when I've heard back from them.

Subject: Technical Difficulty: AAL/ 502 Bad Gateway in Log-On

 

Hello, I was having trouble logging onto Ask a Librarian through the TBLC site at https://tblc.libapps.com/libapps/admin.  I log on and I get the message, “502 Bad Gateway.”  I also got the same message when I tried to chat through the patron site at www.askalibrarian.org/fau.  I tried this from Google Chrome.

 

I was able to get into LibAnswers when I signed on with Firefox, but when I tried to get onto chat, I got the 502 message once again.
