Each month, the Ask a Librarian team picks an outstanding member that has shown exceptional participation in the program. August's AAL SuperStar recipient is Mallary Rawls, Florida State University Goldstein Library.

Mallary is a graduate assistant at the Harold Goldstein Library on ​the ​ FSU Campus. In addition to assisting Harold Goldstein with coverage of their local desk and statewide shifts, Mallary volunteers to cover shifts needing last-minute help on both the Academic Desk and the Collaborative Desk in Ask a Librarian. Staff across Florida benefit from her willingness to help, and Mallary's patrons benefit from her patient and guiding customer service.
